[…] I called the facility and spoke to him about it a little bit. I couldn't get in touch with the superintendent. He is obviously very busy. But what I do know about the golf course is that it's a mountain style, which you'll hear a lot about. The front nine is kind of in an open, much, much more open area. What used to be farmland. And the second nine is up in the mountains and in the trees. And you're dealing with a mountain creek and things like that. But it's not extremely hilly. While it is at altitude, you see here in these key characteristics, it is at altitude. And you're going to see beautiful mountain ranges creating an amphitheater around this golf course. […]
