The Teen Commandments

About The Teen Commandments

Best friends Sara Cox and Clare Hamilton survived their own chaotic teenage years together and now they’re parenting teenagers themselves. With five teens between them, they’re back in the thick of it, trying to survive the wild world of modern teenage behaviour with humour, honesty and a lot of nostalgia. Each week Sara and Clare unpack the realities of raising teenagers, from mood swings and boundary pushing to why teens communicate mainly in grunts. Expect funny stories and real talk from two former rule breakers who know exactly what teens are capable of… because they did it all first. The Teen Commandments is more than a parenting podcast, it’s for anyone who misses those carefree teenage years. Get ready to reminisce over teen tales and nonsense behaviour and ask yourself, did we really do that? Listen every Monday and Wednesday wherever you get your podcasts or watch on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@TheTeenCommandments). The Teen Commandments is a Sara Cox Production with Audio Always. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy (https://acast.com/privacy) for more information.

[…] Okay. Get the rest of the sock, wrap your hair around the sock. Originally, I was wrapping the sock around the hair. That's not going to curl it, is it? You've got to spiral your hair around the sock. And then the left over, the bit that is in your mouth, you then sort of you know press it down against your hair and then the bottom bit of the sock which is what you put your foot in the open bit you then fold it back up on itself it's a bit like rags isn't it the olden days it's basically rags but just two so it's much more comfortable and you can sleep okay with it in you're not using any heat on your hair and it worked really really well i had big bouncy curls just in the bottom bit of my hair it was much nicer nice nice So you didn't need to buy that extra thing that you bought.
