But why do so many people struggle in that transition period, even if they appear fine on the surface, which inevitably they all try and appear to be? Yeah, a lot of it is because we haven't prepared properly. We've prepared for jobs. We've prepared for where we're going to live. But we haven't prepared us, if that makes sense. So when we deploy on ops or we deploy anywhere in the world, we train. We know exactly what we're stepping into. But when them gates close behind us, we don't really know what we're stepping into.
