What happens when you combine archery with running?
Becky Stacey joins The Way of the Bow to explain the fast-growing discipline of Run Archery — where competitors run, shoot, run again and face penalty loops for missed arrows.
Becky talks about discovering run archery, representing Great Britain at the European Cup, winning two Under-21 silver medals and the challenge of shooting accurately while out of breath.
She also looks ahead to the European Cup in Poland next month, where she will compete against the senior field for the first time.
We also explore how run archery is growing in the UK — and why Becky thinks more archers, runners, women and girls should give it a go.

The National Tour Final has crowned its champions — and in this episode of The Way of the Bow, we hear from two of them.
Izzy Carpenter chats to Dannie Palmer and Phil Lawrence to reflect on their victories, the pressure of competing on a finals field, and the importance of staying focused on the process rather than the result.
Dannie talks about the remarkable rise that has taken her from starting archery only a few years ago to winning her first National Tour Final and joining the GB squad.
Phil explains his journey from compound to barebow and why he has fallen in love with the discipline.
Plus, there’s plenty of insight into the mental side of competition — including the importance of taking it one shot at a time.
