[…] I loved it. We get some overview where apparently 80,000 of Maryland's most mentally ill were kept there. And they interview a town historian where we start to see some archival footage of a poorly kept asylum. And we learn about a Dr. Friedkin, a head psychiatrist who was a fervent supporter of the lobotomy, who was murdered after some of his patients murdered him for lobotomizing them. And he lobotomized apparently over 40 patients against their will. They also meet Kenny, who is the hospital ground caretaker. They go on this tour, and this is so funny. I do really love this part of the movie because we're getting this behind-the-scenes look. […]
