He’s an expert on death investigations, interviewing, and criminal behavior analysis.&nbsp; He has been honored to train Native American Homicide Task Force members as part of the Cold Case Foundation appointed by the US President’s initiative “Operation Lady Justice.”&nbsp;<br>Chris has been serving in public safety since 1982. He spent nearly 25 years with the Oceanside Police Department in Southern California, including 13 years as a homicide detective. Chris has investigated and solved hundreds of homicides​ and consulted nationally on some of the country’s highest-profile child homicide and kidnapping investigations, including Jon Benet Ramsey, Elizabeth Smart, Leticia Hernandez, Matthew Cecchi, and West Memphis three interview of Christopher Morgan.&nbsp;<br>​He’s an expert on predator behavior involving those who choose children as victims, having interviewed serial child killers on death row, including child murderer’s Wesley Allen Dodd and Brandon Wilson, who killed Matthew Cecchi in a public bathroom in Oceanside, California.
