[…] The second one, which is related to that is that the business almost never does it to your point, right? The business almost never does what you tell them to do. And what I found was, you know, when somebody asked me, they said, how many businesses actually implement the strategy as you have rolled it out for them? And it's exceedingly few. And what I started to realize was it was that wasn't a me thing. That was they couldn't get the social buy in. They couldn't execute. They didn't have the money that they lost patients. There's so many reasons that strategies can't get implemented. And that's there's tons of research on this and all that kind of stuff. […]
