Катя Лузина - чемпионка России по трейлу 2025 года и атлет Coros Russia. В этом году кроме чемпионата России Катя выиграла дистанции до 40 км на почти всех забегах от Wild Trail, а в Дагестане стала второй. В прошлом году кроме попадания в топ-3 на большинстве значимых российских трейлов, были еще призовые места в Италии и Франции. Сложно поверить, что таких результатов Катя добилась всего за 4 года занятий бегом, начав после 30 лет и не имея спортивной базы в детстве. Фактически с дивана. А еще Катя спортивный нутрициолог.
