I wish that we are alone but never lonely because we have the direction to go we are stepping on the right path all we need to do now is make our pan more pave most booth and mop right each day even though sometimes we have rocks we have holes but those small things are unable to block our way unable to obstacle our the way we're able to remove because we have cultivate enough energy in us we have power in us the power of over warm for many things enjoy your day can we sing a song and when I rise let me rise do you remember the song like a bird is that right like a word what else that is a very meaning song there was a man who came to me two days ago and he complained about his age I don't like my age I'm a snake a lot of miserable things happen to my life he feels that way and I say why you say that and I remember there was one teaching say if you are a dragonfly up in the sky and heaven like a dragon if you are a snake crawling on the earth like a snake that is the flexible practice if you are having a high condition of living than live with that high condition but one day if you fall down walk crawl because the dragon and the snake is then for the flexible if you're able to fly like a dragonfly like a dragon if you go down like a snake, if you had a snake you cannot fly then why you don't crop peacefully like a snake so people you remember the Buddha taught us, people think a miracle is to walk on fire to walk on water but in Buddhism miracle is to walk peacefully on earth we're human why we expect to fly we are human we only can walk on earth why don't you walk peacefully on earth, I used to give an For example with the kids the fish in a small swell with a big one if he's staying a small pal and he looked at the big one he wished that he can go there why he needs that is why he needs to wish that way the only foot for the fish water so if you stay there you have enough water to survive you what else you want you to see what I mean by that if you have a vegetarian then you know you're unable to think about meat all year-long just tofu gluten their vegetables happy with that if you're human, you only able to walk but that's the only thing you do then use your power of walking peacefully on earth don't just sit there and whisk one day you can fly and when I fall let me when and when I rise let me rise like a bird peacefully and when I fall let me fall Rick okay let me sing that song [Music] and when I rise let me rise like a bird peacefully and when I fall let me fall like Ali gracefully is that the right horse ok let us do one small-time and when I rise let me rise like a bird peacefully and when I fall let me fall like a leaf gracefully.

You don't understand then how can you support how can you make this person happy so a friend must be a good friend and what is good friend means not only knowing you but also understand knowing by recognizing your face your name may be something outside of your life but if inside that person had nothing knowing nothing about that person of course if we have a good frame we also have a bad friend sometimes that person knowing you understanding you but they always that's why they can guiding you to the wrong path so that's a bad friend. I can understand let's say if I understand someone he's made his major the weakness I can see his feelings his fear so I can blackmail him want something and I guide him to the wrong way to the wrong path to the wrong behave Oslo so some people they know us they understand us but they never do anything to harm us that's called good friend somebody they know us they understand us but they're using us for their own benefit they took advantage of us that's a bad friend.
The Buddha said our good friend will prevent you from doing bad things if you say all I want to do this but if your friends say really let's do it even the friend known as the bad thing but they still support you that is not your friend they must prevent you not to do that.
we all have friends in our life and sometimes we need to be clear some of the friend we just come to say hello and that's it we unable to get along much because we will we may influence negatives from them some of the friends we may influence good things from them so the Buddha gave an example a lot of our good friends but today within our limited of time I just brought out some of the defined about a good friends and a good bad friends and remember again good friend how can this person be called good they knowing you they understand you and the guy you to the good point that's a good friend somebody they know you so well the understanding you so well that's why they use you and they bring you to the wrong way.
