認真對待垃圾，垃圾可以不是垃圾。今集Ren去到瑞典，並到訪Aily一家，了解瑞典家庭日常要如何進行垃圾分類，才可以令瑞典成為一個99%垃圾回收率的國家。又會到訪Hammarby社區，看看區內使用的真空封閉式回收垃圾系統Envac，如何令社區乾淨清潔無異味，甚至身處垃圾站都可以深呼吸，並將垃圾再造，甚至轉化能源，讓垃圾回饋社區。更有意思的是Retuna二手商場，把別人捐贈的棄置物，分發至不同商家，由各店老闆加以清潔、維修甚至升級，讓垃圾重新成為別人的心頭好，亦示範了垃圾的經濟效益。 主持:尹寶燕(Ren)
