Podcast Overview

Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon as Non-Human Intelligence is a site dedicated to promoting a uniquely combined philosophical, scientific, and logical approach to the UFO enigma. The primary goal is to assess a non-human-intelligence probability value of the phenomenon without the need for claims of scientific fact or absolute truth. The aim is to offer a fresh approach that eliminates the need for "opinion" or "belief" in public discussions about the topic. Instead, a neutral position that fosters non-biased interpretation and pluralistic discourse is encouraged.

Ep 021: A Full Reading of the MJ-12 Special Operations Manual SOM1-01

In this episode, I present a full reading of the MJ-12 Special Operations Manual (SOM1-01), one of the most detailed and controversial documents associated with the Majestic-12 narrative. Allegedly produced in the early 1950s, the manual claims to outline procedures for UFO crash recovery, containment, and the handling of non-human biological entities. Unlike the earlier MJ-12 documents, SOM1-01 surfaced much later, reportedly appearing in 1994 when photographic negatives were anonymously mailed to Don Berliner, and later circulated more widely through Timothy Cooper. Its unusual emergence and lack of clear provenance have made it the most debated of the major MJ-12 papers.Following a brief introduction outlining the history of its release and the questions surrounding its authenticity, I provide a complete, uninterrupted reading of the manual. As with the Eisenhower Briefing Document, I could not locate a full audio version of SOM1-01 in the historical record, and so this episode aims to fill that gap. The document is presented in its entirety so listeners can hear its structure, tone, terminology, and operational detail firsthand, rather than relying on excerpts or secondhand interpretations. The episode concludes with a balanced overview of the strongest arguments both supporting and rejecting the manual’s authenticity. Advocates argue that its structure and procedural language resemble Cold War–era military documentation, while critics point to its late appearance, absence of corroborating archival evidence, and isolated chain of custody. As with the previous readings, this episode does not attempt to confirm or debunk the document, but instead provides full access to the text alongside the central arguments on both sides, allowing listeners to examine the material and form their own conclusions.

00:00 Introduction

08:10 Wood's Cover Letter

10:30 SOM Full Reading

01:15:40 Closing Arguments

Ep 020: A Full Reading of the MJ-12 Eisenhower Briefing Document

In this episode, I present a full, chronological reading of the three most widely discussed MJ-12 documents: the Eisenhower Briefing Document, the Truman Memo to Forrestal, and the Cutler/Twining Memo. Allegedly created between 1947 and 1954, these papers claim to outline a secret government effort to manage UFO crash recoveries and non-human intelligence, spanning the administrations of Harry S. Truman and Dwight D. Eisenhower. The episode begins with a brief introduction to how these documents first surfaced in the 1980s and later years, why they became so influential within UFO lore, and how they came to be regarded as the core of the MJ-12 narrative.

Following that introduction, I provide uninterrupted readings of all three documents in the order they were supposedly produced. I chose to present the Eisenhower Briefing Document in its entirety because, despite its prominence, I could not locate a complete audio version anywhere in the historical record. The Truman Memo to Forrestal is read first, presenting the alleged origin of MJ-12, followed by the Briefing Document, and concluding with the Cutler/Twining Memo, attributed to Robert Cutler and addressed to Nathan Twining, which is often cited as placing MJ-12 directly within the Eisenhower White House. Each document is presented without interruption so listeners can hear the material as it exists, rather than through excerpts or summaries.

The episode concludes with a balanced overview of the strongest arguments offered by both UAP proponents and skeptics regarding these documents’ authenticity. Supporters point to historical consistency, bureaucratic language, and Cold War–era context, while critics highlight problems with provenance, formatting, and the absence of corroborating archival evidence. Rather than attempting to resolve the debate, this episode aims to provide full access to the source material itself, alongside the major perspectives that surround it, allowing listeners to examine these controversial documents firsthand and decide for themselves where they stand.

00:00 - Introduction

07:44 - Truman-Forrestal Memo

08:53 - Eisenhower Briefing Document

20:26 - Cutler-Twining Memo

21:39 - Closing Arguments

Ep 019: The 10 Degrees of Disclosure

In this episode of UAP as NHI, we explore the many ways “disclosure” is defined within the UAP community and why the conversation has become so fragmented. To bring clarity to the topic, the episode introduces a simplified 10 Degrees of Disclosure framework that organizes everything from early civilian sightings to direct non-human contact into a clear, evidence-based progression. Each level is examined not only in terms of what it reveals, but how it would impact society, science, religion, and our understanding of reality itself. The episode also explores how different groups—ufologists, governments, scientists, skeptics, and the general public—would require different levels of evidence before accepting the existence of non-human intelligence. From whistleblower testimony and leaked documents to scientific confirmation and public contact events, the discussion highlights how disclosure is not a single moment, but an evolving process shaped by evidence, interpretation, and human psychology. Finally, the episode considers how the origin of non-human intelligence—whether extraterrestrial, interdimensional, future-human, or cryptoterrestrial—could dramatically influence public reaction and societal consequences. By organizing the chaos of disclosure terminology into a clear, structured model, this episode offers a grounded, accessible way to think about one of the most profound questions of our time: what it would really take for humanity to accept that we are not alone.
