Probespiele - das Vorstellungsgespräch der Musiker
<p>Um eine Stelle in einem Orchester zu bekommen, müssen Musikerinnen und Musiker ein sogenanntes Probespiel absolvieren. Das ist eine Art Bewerbungsgespräch, nur in musikalischer Form - vor den Mitgliedern eines Orchesters. Passend zum Thema ist heute unser ehemaliger Kontrabass-Akademist Blai Gumí Roca zu Gast, dessen Probespiel bei der Münchner Staatsoper sehr erfolgreich war. Warum?
