<p>Yak! Setelah sebulan vaccum seperti penyedot debu, Iga, Him, Mel, dan Zahra hadir kembali dalam UIF Podcast! Kali ini kami datang membawakan proposal project kami yang pertama yaitu Leadership Clinic!<br> <br> Leadership Clinic adalah wadah bagi para sukarelawan dan mahasiswa Tel-U yang merasa membutuhkan kiat dan program kepemimpinan yang dipersonalisasi sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing mahasiswa. Diharapkan melalui program ini mahasiswa Tel-U mendapat referensi yang lebih luas tentang kepemimpinan itu sendiri sehingga menciptakan insan yang kreatif, inovatif, solutif, dan memiliki inisiatif yang muncul dari dalam diri tanpa unsur keterpaksaan atau tekanan dari pihak manapun. Ini akan sangat membantu berbagai pihak dalam jangka panjang karena juga memicu kepekaan mahasiswa.</p> <p>Bincang santai tentang Leadership Clinic ini ditemani narasumber kece yang sudah sangat lama berkecimpung di dunia kepemimpinan! <p>Selanjutnya, kami akan memperkenalkan empat strategic priorities kami. Empat strategi ini diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM khususnya mahasiswa di Universitas Telkom. Diawali dengan Leadership Clinic untuk menumbuhkan, memberikan semangat, atau membenahi sistem kepemimpinan dan kepribadian dari seseorang yang dilaksanakan secara sukarela. Lalu kita diajak bersyukur bersama melalui Project 2-20 yang membawa kita kembali ke bulan Februari 2020, sebelum pandemi membuat Indonesia harus melaksanakan lockdown. Setelah diajak bersyukur dan bersemangat, kita akan disuguhi berbagai kiat dan cerita sukses kewirausahaan dalam Your TeleMart. Dengan rasa syukur, semangat, dan kiat yang sudah kita dapatkan, selanjutnya kita diajak untuk peka terhadap lingkungan sekitar melalui Social Experiment.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Ingin tahu lebih dalam mengenai empat program ini?
