Steden slippen dicht, waardoor er steeds meer naar het buitengebied in Utrecht wordt gekeken om broedplaatsen op te richten. De organisaties achter deze makersplekken zijn druk bezig zichzelf te organiseren in netwerken en overlegvormen. #10: UIT DE KUNST… IN DE WIJK! (Met De Helling en ZIMIHC Stefanus)

Tom en Orfee programmeren voor, met en door de gemeenschappen in de wijken rond respectievelijk hun poppodium en wijktheater. Invalhost Jasper van der Put wil er alles over weten, want het kan best een uitdaging zijn om buren en wijkgenoten te betrekken of een podium te bieden.
