34. Як європейські винні сорти прижилися на українських землях
<p>Якщо влаштувати подорож виноградниками України, то можна помітити, що картина виходить дуже строката. У різних регіонах на сусідніх ділянках уживаються французи зі своїм шармом, італійці з темпераментом, стримані німці, експресивні іспанці та грузини. Так, це я звісно ж, маю на увазі сорти, які народилися за тисячі кілометрів звідси, але пустили тут коріння. Сьогодні вони разом з місцевими автохтонами формують обличчя сучасного українського виноробства. Навіть більше, домінують на наших виноградниках. Але як так сталося? Для цього треба трохи відмотати історію назад і розібратися, хто всіх цих «іноземців» сюди запросив.</p><p><br /></p>
