About ULTIMATE LEVERAGE - A Guide to Success for the Digital Entrepreneur

When nothing seems to work when we catch ourselves saying ‘enough’. When we thought that it was going to be easier but is not. When it feels that we are about to give up but we don’t want to… there is that impulse that makes us change the direction of our thoughts and if we learn to cultivate a simple discipline then our potential to achieve what we want has only the ceiling of our own self-imposed limitations and beliefs and they are BREAKABLE!

   Be Cool_a path to alignment

Through most of my life being cool has been a little uncomfortable for me as well as a great tool to get myself out of the rut in my pattern of negative thoughts. The discomfort is that pretending to be cool when your legs are wobbling sucks, but when you know yourself to be cool in the moment, then you are in the game. Pretending to be cool lent me to listen more, ponder, discern, get myself out of trouble, and choose with more confidence every time. As opposed to the typical fight-freeze or fly type of behaviour, I noticed I have perhaps a fraction of a second to let in the solution or the answer, or the behaviour...or the inspiration. Being cool gives me that space to think better thoughts. I hope this podcast makes a contribution and if it does, keep tuning in. Momentum

This is the word that I most needed to hear to embark on this now 6 years adventure of really going inwards by practising the art of meditation and finding the light at the end of the tunnel. By that time I already understood logically how to apply that word in the observation of how a project I put to work was gaining the expected momentum and calibrate when necessary. What I heard at that moment, was that in the same way that I was able to trace back the events of a specific non desired outcome and acknowledge that was due to a single decision or communication that caused the chain of events and that before all that I was having a series of negative thoughts and feelings, or even expectations... I could see not just what happened with that specific, but with everything else around me and it really felt like the world was crumbling around me. In the same way, I could acknowledge other times that I had the opposite experience and get to the origins of the way I was feeling those days and all its conditions. When I correlated that both related to my state of being and all I had to do was, whatever it took to get myself into that sense of wellbeing and that all is OK, and sustain it for a while to begin to see the results, I experienced momentum. Momentum is a word that comes back to me every so often, mostly when I am most impatient to remind me of how it is now and how it was before. How far I travelled with my accomplishments. Would you like to hear more? Keep tuning in. Have a good day! Ricardo https://www.facebook.com/ricardopelayoinlondon #momentum#lawofattraction#feeling good

   Being in the moment

Welcome to Ultimate Leverage space dedicate to discuss or share life experiences and knowledge that gives us clues about how to really live the life that we want and how to utilize the knowledge of universal laws in our favour. In this episode number 13, I chose to come up with a topic and recite an excerpt of the works I do from my experience, understanding and knowledge about the subject of being the creator of our own reality. This time around, the subject is about #being in the moment and it’s a 3 to 5 minutes bite size. I intend to publish it raw (with no editing), so please bear with me. #being in the moment This moment is the only place and time when we can experience life and also where and when we can influence our individual and collective lives. It’s only in the present moment when we have choices and make decisions. If we are not choosing consciously our thoughts and our actions, we are letting others and /or the circumstances choose for us. In other words, we are choosing from specific patterns of thoughts, beliefs and behaviour. Sometimes it feels like there are no other choices. And that is never true. There are always choices. As a matter of fact, for every situation, for every subject, we are faced by two most specific choices to make in every moment: on one end is what you want and on the other end the absence of what you want. Now, choosing powerfully and consciously is an art and a discipline. For those who choose to know more of what it takes to be in the driving seat, choosing consciously and powerfully every time, the rewards are immense, because is then when you begin to see how life start moulding around you, the way you want it. We can only hold one thought at a time at any given moment. And the choice in the quality of the thoughts belongs to the individual. The quality of your thoughts determines the quality of your reality. The fun starts when you begin to be present to the quality of your thoughts on a moment-by-moment basis. And the way to achieve that level of awareness is by the way it feels. Only in this now, we can change that situation we consider intolerable, it only hinges on a decision between what you don’t want and what you prefer. But it’s only a thought and thoughts are attractive. In order for us to change things in the direction of what we want, we must keep thinking thoughts in that direction, so momentum can occur. From that moment forward you begin to experience the manifestations occurring in front of you, of whatever you are after. For that to happen you want to be in the present moment appreciating it. How many times we have created things, good or bad, without realising. How many times we have achieved things without even stopping to celebrate the impact it’s causing in the future, moving swiftly to the next endeavour. Being in the present moment is where life exists and can be enjoyed. Here is Ricardo Pelayo and this is Ultimate leverage. I hope this was useful and remember to tune in again. The Work is to Feel Good

I know it might sound controversial or even weird during these times of pandemic, but I could not find a better statement for what it takes to overcome being stagnated in any area of life. Being stagnated, for me, is not going with the flow and instead experience life more like a threat than a gift, a wonderful experience where satisfaction could be the order of the day. I am dedicating this space mainly to all those people that have the determination to take the driving seat in their life. Entrepreneurs, Digital entrepreneurs, Wannabe entrepreneurs, Property Investors, Business Owners. People that do not conform to the status quo, chose to take full responsibility and became the leader of their own life. Whichever the subject, career, relationship, health, money...the cue is the frequency and length of our complaints. What to do when we find ourselves in those stages in life that feels like nothing is moving and we fall into states of anger, or anxiety, or despair, or depression is not something we were taught at school (I am referring to those that started school in the late 60s). Nowadays, some schools seem to be more aware of the importance of Emotional Intelligence, and that is good. So, I decided that I wanted to take Emotional Intelligence to the next level, which for me is, to be so tuned to the frequency of our inner-selves that we can experience not just the manifestation of things that hoped or dreamed for, but how possible it is to extract from this field of plenty anything we want. The beauty of the next level is the simplicity of the process. My own experience and records regarding Fundamental Universal Laws like the Law of Attraction date back to 2015 and since then it became almost an obsession to dedicate a good part of my working time...and some of the family time to understand, experience and in many ways know how the Universe works in our favour and since then I've been wanting to teach utilizing my own example with not so much emphasis in the pain and the drama I've been through, but this new perspective that brings plenty of clarity. I don't have yet a defined format that I would like to present it and the closest I have reached to what speaks the most to me is this podcast, coaching and comedy, but I am not a comedian, so we'll see how it goes. Meanwhile bear in mind that there is nothing more important than to feel good. If you would like to know more book a call with me and I'll be delighted to show you my 'toolbox'. https://calendly.com/ricardopelayo/coaching-call-intro

You Got This! with Sanna Sofia Kettunen

Today I am interviewing Sanna Sofia Kettunen a superb coach from Finland whose focus has been on helping mothers and all women who feel distressed in their current situation with the understanding that 'Love' is the way forward to leave depression and anxiety behind and begin to mould their lives towards what they really want. With her slogan 'You Got This Love' as a way to describe the simplicity of a message that is written in the Books but we humans tend to forget and look for it in all the wrong places, Sanna Sofia takes them to a place of a better understanding of themselves and the world that surrounds them, with her own understanding and knowledge derived from her own share of trials and tribulations, that getting to feel the vibration of love takes us to a completely different dimension on how we see ourselves and our lives, and how this 'new view' of life free us from thoughts and limiting beliefs that can only keep us stranded in that place of no possibility. Only you can start your own process of healing and the simplicity of the message that Sanna Sofia's carries in her everyday endeavours to contribute to humanity's conscious awakening can do magics...when you get it.

BE SELFISH _ Money, Happiness and having a business online

This time I am interviewing Garret Fromme who succeeded in changing his former career as an engineer and living a life on his own terms. Garret explains that being selfish for personal happiness is the way forward. This pandemic, like any other disruption that occurs in our economy every so often, has pushed many of us to think outside the box and turn to the internet looking for ways to overcome this worldwide financial chaos. Garret illustrates with his own experience, how chasing money is not the way forward to succeed in life. At least, not the primary subject. To learn more about what Garret does visit him at https://idcwoodcraft.com/ and his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/IDCWoodcraft/ To learn more about the community of entrepreneurs we spoke about in the interview visit https://www.self-designed-lifestyle.co.uk

   What do you want?

If somebody asks you – How do you see your life to be in 5 years’ time, 10 years’ time, 20 years’ time? Many of us would have no idea; We tackle it as the day goes by…some say. Some could argue that they do not want to know for now because there is a lot yet to explore and find out and get some clarity before they can make a decision, I started questioning it in a more poignant when I was about 35, at that time I already chose my career and emigrated from my country, before that, I wanted to savior what was about to happen, not so far from a week’s time. We tend to approach it or perhaps even face it, for many of us we start pondering many more things when we start having children. We all have that area in life that seems not to go as well as we would like to, or perhaps really bad. And by focusing in that area, makes things look very foggy, sometimes very dark, for many of us to predict or even start to imaging how life is it going to look like in the future, let alone throughout this pandemic. For some is money, for other intimate relationships, for others health, for some others their careers… If the reasons for the feeling of satisfaction and joy in life are as diverse as the number of people on the planet… then it might have nothing to do with doing one thing or another or having one thing or the other. It has to be something else...right; otherwise, it would not be so elusive for so many, and not necessarily the road to happiness for others. And for those that are beginning to have more clarity on the direction of their journey, whether because they have a definition of their career and other aspects of their lives, the question still stands…What do you want? For me, even though I’ve been creating projects in my future that I rejoice every time I think of them, some of them already manifested, my most resounding asking is for harmony and balance in most aspects of my life. With Family, friends, career, business, relationship, finance. And the answer to optimum results in all of them has always been how optimum is my relationship with my inner-being, but this is a talk for another time. First I would like you to consider these three subjects: meditation, physical health & energy flow, and making them your habits. And starting the journey in the direction of your desires with – What do I Want and Why?

   HABITS

LET GO OF THOSE HABITS THAT DON’T WORK OR MAKE SPACE FOR THOSE THAT CAN MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN YOUR LIFE. In this series of Ultimate Leverage, I started recently with suggesting meditation as the first thing to do if you want to shift something in life that is not working and it hasn't been working for a while. In this episode, I am emphasizing the habit of meditating on a daily basis and a technique that I was hoping to find for a while, that fits in my regular daily schedule, both being powerful tools to shift paradigms in our lives. I hope this serves you. Best

Start here_Meditation is the Key to a Fulfilled Life and anything in between from where you are now.

We know that when money is rolling, the love of our lives appears, or special events in our lives lift our state of wellbeing sometimes to places that feel like heaven! But when things are not going the way we want or there is nothing particularly interesting happening in our life, or even worse, when things start to look very heavy or repetitive, or annoying, or scary; We tend to feed our minds with worrisome thoughts. Or thoughts that give us no power. And we doubt, we procrastinate, we even do things that are not conducive to the solution we are after. I propose that you meditate for 20 minutes every day. Try it!...or even better, commit. I will leave a trail of changes for you to consider introducing in your daily routine if you want to get out of the feeling of stagnation and begin to move the needle in the direction of the solution.

In this short chapter, I declare my comeback to wanting to help people ease up whatever situation they are in that doesn't feel good. I hope it inspires you to come back next week. It's my promise to be here. God bless
