Em meados dos anos 80 ainda tentou-se a ressurreição do Festival de Inverno em uma iniciativa da Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, a Univali, Mas qual, ficou apenas numa edição. Sem o fascínio exercido pelo entusiasta Nóbrega Fontes, nada mais poderia ser como antes.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Durante 1973 a 1982 nos meses mais frios do ano, a cidade de Itajaí respirava cultura por todos os poros.</strong></p> <p><strong>O Festival de Inverno onde o teatro, a pintura, a música, a literatura e todas as manifestações artísticas tomaram impulso e alçaram voo durante aquele período, ganhando fôlego suficiente para que muitos desses valorosos artistas ainda hoje estarem em evidência.</strong></p>
