In den Besprechungen passiert es immer wieder, dass wir Diskussionen viel zu viel Platz schenken. Wie kommen wir zu mehr Zeit bzw. wie wird unsere Arbeit fokussiert? Hört rein!</p> <p><strong>Hier ist eure Aufgabe zum Thema Fokus für die nächsten 2 Wochen:</strong></p> <p>Du stellst einen Termin ein?</p> <ul> <li> Dann vergibt ein klares Thema oder besser ein konkretes Ziel, das ihr erreichen wollt und erstellt eine Agenda (diese muss nicht lang sein)!</li> </ul> <p>Du wirst zu einem Termin eingeladen?</p> <ul> <li>Dann hinterfragt das Ziel bzw. euren Mehrwert! Seht ihr keinen - dann lehnt auch mal ab!</li> </ul> <p>Ihr seid in einem Termin?</p> <ul> <li>Dann fokussiert euch! Legt nicht benötigte Dinge, wie bspw. das Handy weg oder klappt den Laptop zu.</li> </ul>

Möchte man jedoch aktiv werden, so sollte man sich auf die Dinge fokussieren, auf die man selbst Einfluss hat. In der Nachbereitung eines Workshops, in dem wir die Methode "Kreis des Einflusses" von Stephen R. Covey genutzt haben, ist die Idee für diesen Podcast entstanden.
