EP54 • Bourbon County (2013 al 2021) | #CataVertical de Goose Island en Teorema Brewing
<p>#GooseIsland [ Bourbon Country ] es una cheve tipo stout de temporada. Esta es una stout añejada en barricas de bourbon, las cuales le otorgan el aroma a roble carbonizado, con un cuerpo cremosito y una patadita de vainilla. En esta ocasión hacemos una cata especial de la stout base (ya que existen de 5 a 7 variaciones de esta cheve). <br> <br> Desde el año 2013 al 2021, esta cata vertical es un evento especial y que significa mucho para nosotros, sin duda alguna fue emocionante descubrir como había tratado el tiempo a estas cheves añejadas en barrica. <br> <br> Que como dato curioso, sumando al tiempo que llevaban guardadas, su añejamiento es de 5 años dentro de la barrica de bourbon.
