This podcast goes through the Christadelphian Unamended Statement of Faith and explains what it is, what first principles are, and why the Bible says they matter. We give attention to each proposition of the Statement of Faith and explain what each says, means, and why that proposition is a first principle of the Truth. This is the collaborative effort of many brethren and is being organized by The Gospel Proclamation.
Proposition 7 explains how God based His plan of salvation on certain promises He made to Adam, Abraham, David, the prophets, and others. These promises form the foundation for man's hope and define many important aspects of it.

Proposition 6 - Kyle Miller
Proposition 6 effectively summarizes God's plan of salvation. Adam and Eve had sinned and therefore come under condemnation to death, but rather than swiftly executing this sentence, God created a means for anyone of the race of man to escape from the sentence of death. Hope of life was made available without setting aside the law broken in the garden. Proposition 6 explains how Christ is the core of this plan and gives a glimpse of its end result.
