What’s up y’all! On this episode, we finally got Dimez back in the host seat! They catch us up on their life, their business (@dimez_beautyinc), and their activism (@stonewall.wasariot). Dimez and Relly update us on their housing situations and the work they’ve put in against the oppressive systems at play in NYC. And, yet again, the 79th precinct in Bed Stuy is up to no good! Relly tells us about an incident with two cops who harassed We The People NYC during mobile distro during an alleged “quality of life check” 🙄
Finally, Dimez fills us in on what’s been going on with Nolan Wells’ case, and Dimez and Relly talk about the difficulty of seeing more and more of these occurrences without ever seeing justice.

It's A Different Revolution
Yerrrrr — your favorite podcast is (officially) back for season 2! A lot has happened since our last episode. Relly and Rudy have been traveling across the country (and world), Blacksky is officially launching an app, and we have a new mayor in NYC (but don’t worry, Relly is still making sure he’s being held accountable and doing right by THE PEOPLE!). Our hosts get into a little bit of it all this episode, updating y’all on what’s been going on in their lives. Tune in to hear about their recent fellowship experiences, Rudy’s search for the cartels in Tepito 👀, and Relly’s big news for 2030. Dimez has been working on their activism with SWAR and much more and will be back in the next episode! Shout out to our comrade Karin for the studio setup!

It's Time To Start Putting Pressure
Relly starts this week off by bringing us back to Messiah Nantwi and Robert Brooks, two Black men murdered in New York State Prisons within a matter of months last winter. We get updates in that case, as well as the trial of NYPD officer Eric Duran for the murder of Eric Duprey. The first conviction in over a decade! On the Epstein side, Pam Bondi will not be testifying and Melania Trump makes. a surprise Epstein files statement. Relly also speaks on the death of Afrika Bambaataa and those who mourn a predator while the victims still lack justice. The fight continues and pressure gets results!
