This podcast is about overcoming the stigmas that society has placed on so many of us, myself included. I will be interviewing guests and helping to put a face to so many of the labels society has created. I want to normalize talking about difficult experiences and help people recognize they are not alone on their journey.
My guest today is Kaylynn Poff. Kaylynn is a wife, mom, sister, and just a truly beautiful human. She works full time and, on the side, she also creates beautiful banners for all of your special occasions. In today's episode, we have an honest, funny, and unapologetic conversation about sibling loss, things she has learned on her grief journey, and what has helped her navigate grief.

Unapologetically Big Sisters
My guest today is my beautiful friend, Kelly Cole. Kelly and I share a painful, yet beautiful bond formed out of the shared loss of our younger siblings. In today's episode, we talk about the lack of acknowledgement of sibling loss, feeling like we failed as older siblings, and a whole lot more of the things that aren't talked about enough when it comes to sibling loss.
This past Tuesday marked 2 years since my sister passed away and coincidentally, today is National Grief Awareness Day. Today's episode is in honor of my sister, Hilary, and all of the other siblings gone too soon.
