Along the journey of self-actualization we learn two things. The first is that unlearning is the highest form of learning and the second is that maybe this journey isn't so much about becoming something but rather about unbecoming all those things that ain't really us. It is during this process when we come face to face with who we truly are; infinite beings with vast potential and capabilities stored inside of us.
We have a mental program that is controlling our lives, this program what is called a paradigm. No man is without his or her own set of paradigms and to take back control over our lives, we need to start by understanding the inner workings of these paradigms.

Man has what is called a dualistic mind, though we only have one mind but it has 2 distinct spheres. We have what we call the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. Man is made out of 3 things; the body, the soul and the spirit. The problem we have is mans overidentification to the body, which is temporary and will pass away while neglecting the spirit.
