Everyday is a journey of learning how to break free from the cages of society, personal struggles, doubt and expectations. Listen along as Amber discovers what it means to create and live a life, #uncaged - free from filters (literally and figuratively), free from shame, free from the need for perfection, and free of the expectations from others and herself.
Let this podcast be a journal to help you live your life more #Uncaged, too ♡
"Why The F*ck Am I Even Doing This... No One's Listening." -- F*CK It...I'm Doing It.
It’s giving “voice memo update after taking months off from responding to texts”. While the last 9 months have felt pretty stagnant, I’m realizing (in real-time, as I recorded this episode) that there have actually been many lessons & personal growth that’s happened. One main realization? I am meant to create, in some way. I am meant to follow that passion of mine, no matter how embarrassing or *cringe* it may sound to others.
Follow along as I start giving less f*cks, going after what I want & embracing my “cringe”…much like the intro to this Ep.

2022: GOODBYE "PLANS"
I’m back! (I swear this time) — starting off “season 2” of this podcast thing with some updates, & a whole lotta shifts in perspective.
From bashing Florida to maybe, considering, possibly moving here more semi-permanently? From bashing dating apps, to finding my beautiful soul of a girlfriend? From planning to just work work work to save money, to quitting my job??
Pssst, in 2022 we’re saying goodbye to “plans” because the universe & life love to make their own for us anyway…and maybe that’s not so bad 😉
Oh also, if you wanna play a fun drinking game - take a shot everytime I reference “LA” or “Los Angeles” jk don’t. You’ll be too fucked up 10 minutes into this ep.
OKAY SEE U NEXT WEEK. Xo - 🕊🤍

EPISODE 4: "We're All Just Gonna Die Anyway. Just Live Your F*~KiNg Life."
We're back! (Again)...
Listen and (try to) follow along as I start this episode off with some Florida updates, general life updates...the 'C-V-D19' anxiety (my thorough gym routine)...and then things escalate when I steer into the topic of: D E A T H. {Not in the morbid, dark way.}
Is this my quarter-life crisis talking?...Maybe. But, it's also just the truth, that I think we all forget about.
We're all going to die at some point, and when we do nobody is going to be thinking about our 'failures' or "awkward/embarrassing moments"...when we're decomposing beneath the earth.
SO...wear what you wanna wear (like those high-knee converse from the middle school scene days), do what you wanna do (as long as you're not going around killing or hurting people), say what you wanna say, pursue YOUR dreams, and just LIVE YO' LIFE. #NoRagrets.

EPISODE 3: Leaving my Dream City to Move Back Home at 25.
I’m back in the closet for this week’s episode…from Florida (let's get one thing straight...i'm only in the closet for sound quality purposes). Welcome to the first episode of my life back on the east coast, where I’ll be for the next 6 months to a year. It’s only been 11 days, and the FOMO is real, the ego still hurts & my first night out experience was….an…experience: Gay men & Trump supporters.
Anyway, follow along as I tell you about the challenges, what I’m looking forward to & why the F*#K I even made the decision to trade in living alone to coming back to living with the 'rents.

As always, if you’re listening to this I so appreciate you ♡

EPISODE 2: Unlabeled.
Happy #Pride month 🌈
We’ve all got our own timelines & paths in which we make discoveries about ourselves…or choose to finally accept & embrace discoveries we might have made years ago.
In today’s episode, I (sort of) share mine, with no labels attached.
#LOVEISLOVE - it has no labels ♡

EPISODE 1: From uncagED to UNCAGED. + Red Wine Rambles
Eep, I did the damn thing…here’s episode 1!
I wanted to give a little background on why this is #UNCAGED with Amber Sosa and what I hope to bring to the podcast platform. And yes, the glass of red vino got to me, making my already rambling self that much more "rambly" but hey…I warned ya.
If you’re listening to this, I LOVE YOU. Thank you for being here & starting this new chapter with me! Stay tuned for stories, spilled tea, a whole lotta mental health talks & of course just my usual weirdo, awk self.
