Hey, thank you for taking the time!
I'm Claudio, an Italian expat living in London, UK.
My goal with this podcast is to indulge the urge to express my creativity, without falling into the trap of perfectionism and of Imposter Syndrome.
I've suppressed for more than a decade the need to create and be my true self, and now I hope to inspire others to jump into the unknown and fight the fear that doesn't allow us to achieve our full potential.
I felt stuck for way too long and I don't want to feel stuck forever. Do you???
Let's do this together!!
See you on the other side.
Claudio
Jonah Hill's Therapist's Tools To Deal With Anxiety
In this episode, I discuss the highlights and takeaways from Jonah Hill's conversation with Dr Phill Stutz, his therapist. The famous "Tools" by Stutz are very accessible and easy to use for anyone who is battling anxiety and depression. Still, I also find them very useful to include them in anyone's life in order to have a certain degree of control over our impulsive minds. This film is a pure expression of friendship, vulnerability and love. It is definitely one to watch. I've already watched it twice and I wouldn't mind watching it a third time 😁

The struggle of being consistent | Observations after 1 month on Youtube
I've started my channel a month ago, and after being forced to take a break already, I have some takeaways from my time off that could help you go through low times and mostly to be prepared for the next setback.

Ike Netters. A Spoken Word Artist. His first book ranked #2 on Amazon.
This is my first interview ever, so please be patient :) I wasn't even planning on having guests on the podcast yet, but I met Ike at a poetry night and I was telling him about my project of starting a podcast and if he thought it was a good idea. His answer was "let's film it tomorrow, I'll be your first guest". In this video Ike shares a lot of wisdom and his path to becoming a Spoken Word Artist and a self-published author.
