Give Yourself Grace, Rebuild Your Community
Many of us are surrounded by people and still feel deeply alone. In this episode, I explore the second pillar of my GRACE framework, Rebuild Your Community, and why so many women have been performing connection instead of actually feeling it. We look at how we lost the village, why loneliness today is structural and not a personal failing, and how our nervous systems were built to regulate together. Stay to the end for a humming breathwork practice that calms your body from the inside out.

Giving Ourselves Grace, Starting with Getting Quit
So many of us have been running in fight or flight for so long that we've forgotten what safe feels like. In this episode, I take you inside the first session of my GRACE cohort series, Get Quiet, the root of everything else in the framework. We explore what's happening in your nervous system when you're always on, why your body, your intuition and your relationships all depend on finding your way back to rest, and how a simple breath can start to change everything. Stay to the end for a guided breathwork practice and meditation you can do right where you are.

What Tears are Really Saying
I've been in my feelings lately and I'm finally listening. It started with a night at the movies, watching the new Michael Jackson biopic with my family. The tears that came weren't where I expected them and not in the obvious emotional moments, but in the ones that felt like knowing. That distinction became the thread for this episode: what if tears aren't weakness, sadness, or a loss of control? What if they're data? In this episode, I unpack the many languages of tears from grief that surfaces unexpectedly to overwhelm that arrives with purpose, and the quiet and full-body recognition that something is true. I trace my own complicated relationship with emotion, from growing up as the oldest daughter in an alcoholic household, to mastering the art of suppression in the corporate world, to slowly learning through somatic therapy, meditation, Reiki, and two years of deep personal unraveling to trust what my body is trying to say. This one is for any woman who has ever apologized for crying, stifled it back, or called herself "too sensitive." Those tears aren't the problem. They might actually be the point. In this episode: Why I cried watching MJ and what it had to do with my son Being a triple water sign who learned to run dry The Valentine's Day grief I didn't see coming Tears of sadness vs. tears of knowing and how to tell the difference What it could mean for our teams, our culture, and our world if women were encouraged to feel instead of told to toughen up Find me on Substack at unchartedleadership.substack.com for more conversations on burnout, alignment, and leading from the inside out.

The Busier the Better
The busier the better, or so we learned. Busy isn't the same as worthy but somewhere along the way, I decided it was. In this episode, I unpack where the busyness-as-value equation comes from, why it's so hard to put down, and what actually happens when you do. From a dinner that cracked my ego open to the grounded shift I watched happen in my own home after a 10-day silent retreat, this one is an honest look at what we're really chasing when we fill every hour of the day.

Past Lives, Pink Pony Club, and Imposter Syndrome
In this episode, I'm exploring the roots of confidence through a recent past-life regression, a karaoke moment at my sons' middle school, and the all-too-familiar fear that resurfaced when I began sharing my message with my old corporate world. I reflect on imposter syndrome, the "sister wound," and how control becomes a coping mechanism when we don't fully trust ourselves. From weeping under hypnosis to watching fifth-grade girls scream Pink Pony Club without a single inhibition, I keep coming back to one question: when does fearlessness leave us? And, can we find our way back to it? I also share an early glimpse at the GRACE framework, a fluid, feminine path for women navigating their own awakening. Raw, reflective, and deeply honest.

Balance Vs. Alignment: The Factors Behind Women's Burnout
The biggest lie we were ever told? That we can have it all and do it all perfectly. In this episode, I'm revisiting some of my earliest reflections from my rechargement year, because I know so many of you are living exactly what I lived two years ago. And I want it to actually be useful. I break down the two-part equation that leads to burnout, anxiety, and the physical symptoms so many high-achieving women know intimately: the imbalance of carrying too much, and the slow erosion of alignment that happens every time we mask who we truly are to fit into rooms that weren't built for us. We talk about what it costs to quiet your intuition, dampen your doubt, and trade your superpowers for approval. Then what becomes possible when you finally stop. The path back to yourself is more intuitive than you think. But it starts with one thing: getting quiet.

Stop. Regulate. And Listen.
In this episode of Uncharted, I’m getting real about something that’s changed my life: regulation. I spent years living in a state of total overwhelm, disconnected from my heart and soul while trying to juggle a high-pressure job and being a mom to young kids. I’m sharing what I’ve learned about shifting that "unregulated" energy and finding a way back to myself. What Regulation Actually Is: To me, being regulated isn't about being "perfect" or always happy; it’s about having the awareness to feel my emotions like anger or stress and move through them without losing my cool. My "Unregulated" Highlights: I look back at some of my toughest moments, like a total meltdown during my son's kindergarten admissions and a cake-related crisis at a 2nd birthday party. Energy is a Broadcast: I talk about how our internal "frequency" acts like a broadcast that our kids, partners, and even pets pick up on. I even dive into how our stress as moms can impact our babies before they’re even born. Healing for the Kids: One of the biggest reasons I did this work was for my boys. I’ve noticed that as I’ve learned to regulate, the energy in our whole house has shifted for the better. The Quick Fixes: When I'm feeling the heat, I use things like splashing cold water on my face, box breathing, or the $5-7$ vagal nerve breath to get back into my body. The Long Game: I’ve found that a daily meditation practice (even just 10 minutes) plus real rest and "play" time are what keep me from hitting a level 10 meltdown. Body Cues: I share how listening to those random aches and pains in my back or hips actually helped me realize where I was storing emotional stress. "When we regulate and get quiet, we clear the clutter and finally start to hear what we actually need."

Love Crone, Be done with Karen
When did we become a "Karen"? In this episode, I’m digging into something that has been nagging me, and honestly, the universe has flagged it enough times that I knew I had to address it. We’re talking about the cultural "expiration date" stamped on women as we age and the bizarre tension between the revered Crone of our past and the weaponized "Karen" of our present. In this conversation, I explore: The "Karen" Trap: Why this meme is actually a modern-day "Scold’s Bridle" used to shame us into staying small and "likable" just when we’ve finally earned the right to speak up. The Missing Piece of the Puzzle: Why we flinch at the word Crone and how we've been brainwashed to believe that once we're past a reproductive or "decorative" age, we’re no longer valuable to society. The Paddle Court Reckoning: I share a story about a recent confrontation that perfectly illustrates how we’ve traded the reverence of the "Sage" for a punchline, and why we have to stop accepting that trade. .

Reclaim Your Energy in Masculine Spaces
Let's explore the challenges of maintaining feminine energy while working in masculine-driven corporate environments. Here are some practical tips on how women can ground themselves, stay present, and communicate authentically in high-pressure situations. Morning Meditation: Jamie stresses the importance of starting the day with presence Grounding at Work: Simple breathwork exercises (like the vagal nerve technique or box breathing) can help calm the nervous system before meetings or calls. Male Allies: Find male allies who can advocate in meetings, ensuring your ideas are heard and acknowledged. Conscious Awareness: Recognize when you’re slipping into high-anxiety, hyper-masculine traits (like talking too fast or over-preparing). Pausing and taking a breath can help you return to a more grounded, authentic state. Environmental Cues: Keep grounding objects like crystals (amethyst, smoky quartz) or personal photos at your desk to help you reconnect with your authentic self throughout the day. "By getting back into our own feminine self, we start to be more clear-headed, the anxiety starts to drop, and we start to be more confident because we are more in our authentic self." The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership (referenced as a framework for balanced workplace values). Apps: Insight Timer, Calm.

Balancing the Masculine and Feminine at Work
In the corporate world, success is often measured by masculine energy: data, logic, linear progress, and constant execution. But leaning too far into the "doing" comes at a cost - burnout, anxiety, and a deep sense of inner misalignment. In this episode, we explore the fundamental tension between masculine and feminine energies and why reclaiming your "soft" power is the key to authentic leadership. In this episode, we explore: The "Doing" vs. "Being" Trap: Why the corporate hustle rewards masculine drive while neglecting the restorative power of the feminine. Intuition as Intelligence: Moving beyond data points to trust the receptive, intuitive "knowing" you’ve been conditioned to ignore. Healing the Imbalance: How over-indexing on masculine energy is often a trauma response, and how to start shifting back into flow. Messages from the Body: Recognizing that physical symptoms like insomnia are signals that your energy is out of alignment.

Deconstructing the Mask
Let's talk about that mask I keep referring to... In this episode, I pull back the curtain on the exhausting "performance" required to navigate high-stakes corporate leadership. Drawing from my experience as a CMO in the tech and SaaS worlds, I explore the anatomy of the professional mask, the protective layer women often wear to be heard in boardrooms where our insights are frequently overlooked. I talk about my "Pom-Pom Strategy": a mask of high energy, relentless positivity, and a constant smile used to "translate" my strategic warnings into a version that wouldn't get me labeled as "negative" or "aggressive". I discuss the heavy toll of silencing my intuition to lead with data points, even when my gut was "screaming" that a strategy was out of balance. In this episode, we explore: The Translation Game: How women are forced to change the way they speak to avoid blank stares and subject changes in leadership meetings. The Pom-Pom Strategy: My personal account of using a high-energy persona to navigate male-dominated spaces. Intuition vs. Information: The cost of quieting your internal "knowing" to fit into corporate logic. The Mask-Focus Mentorship: Why women often seek help to "figure out" the mask, and how we can start to dismantle it instead. A Call to Authenticity: Recognizing that corporate burnout is a signal from the universe that it’s time to deconstruct the mask and return to your true self.

Unmasking the Sister Wound: Intuition, Inner Child Work, and the Path to Authentic Connection
In this episode, Jamie Gilpin takes you on a deeply personal journey through the formative experiences that shaped her - starting with the social shifts and bullying of the 5th grade. This isn't just a story about the past; it’s an exploration of how early social "misalignment" creates the "sister wound," leading women to compete and mask their true selves in friendships. Jamie shares how her early understanding of intuition, that quiet, internal "knowing" she felt as a child, was often suppressed to fit in, and how reclaiming that gut instinct is vital for healing today. By diving into inner child work, Jamie reveals how returning to your 11-year-old self allows you to address the root of adult anxiety and the feeling of lack of purpose. She discusses the importance of listening to the universe and the messages we receive when we are out of alignment, manifesting as physical and mental challenges. This episode serves as a roadmap for removing the mask, healing the wounds of female rivalry, and stepping back into your most authentic self to build friendships based on genuine solidarity rather than 5th-grade survival tactics. What You’ll Discover: The Intuition Blueprint: How to reconnect with the early intuitive hits you were taught to ignore. Healing the Sister Wound: Moving past the competition and "mean girl" dynamics rooted in childhood social trauma. Inner Child Transformation: Why visiting your younger self is the ultimate tool for a "full lifestyle change". Messages from the Universe: Recognizing how physical symptoms like insomnia or anxiety are signals that you’re drifting from your true path. Friendships Without the Mask: How to shed your defensive layers and cultivate authentic, supportive connections with other women. Stop settling for surface-level connections. It’s time to heal the past, trust your gut, and step into the light of your authentic self.
