Stop Being the Answer: Are You Leading or Creating Dependence?
If your team can’t make a decision without you, is that really strong leadership?
In this episode of Uncontainable, we’re talking about the difference between being the person everyone depends on and being the leader who teaches people how to think for themselves.
Sometimes the best thing you can say when someone comes to you with a problem isn’t the answer—it’s:
“What do you think?”
We’re getting into how constantly rescuing people can unintentionally create dependence, why leaders can become the bottleneck on their own teams, and what it looks like to coach people into confidence instead of making yourself indispensable.
Because leadership isn’t about being the smartest person in the room.
It’s about making the room stronger because you were in it.

Time Passing is NOT an Apology
What happens when someone hurts you… and then enough time passes that everyone expects you to just move on?
In this episode of Uncontainable, we’re talking about the uncomfortable truth that time passing isn’t an apology.
Distance doesn’t equal accountability. Silence doesn’t equal growth. And just because months—or even years—have passed doesn’t mean the hurt magically disappeared or that someone automatically gets access to you again.
We’re talking forgiveness, boundaries, reconciliation, and the difference between genuinely healing and simply pretending something never happened because enough time has gone by.
You can forgive someone and still require change.
You can love someone and still have boundaries.
You can heal without reopening a door God helped you close.
And sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is stop measuring healing by whether a relationship went back to the way it was.
Because time can create distance.
But time passing isn’t an apology.
🔥 Stay wild. Stay honest. Stay Uncontainable.

What if the question keeping you stuck isn’t the answer you’re looking for—but the question you keep asking?
In this episode of Uncontainable, Jessica sits down with Pamela Jean Brady, CEO and founder of A New Life Coaching Co., entrepreneur, business owner of more than 30 years, and High Performance Coach.
Pamela shares the powerful message behind her new book, Why Not Me? The Question That Changes Everything: the question you repeatedly ask yourself becomes the direction of your life.
For years, we can live in “Why me?”—Why did this happen to me? Why is my life this way? Why can’t I move forward? But what happens when we change the question?
Why NOT me?
Pamela and Jessica talk about the meaning we attach to our stories, getting unstuck, doing the work to recognize the beliefs that have held us back, and choosing to live the life God has for us.
Pamela’s message is simple:
“If I can do it, so can you. We all have a story, and the meaning we attach to our story is a game changer.”
