Well… in this episode I talk about why that might be and some things you could do to be more productive and ways to progress in self-development. Whether that’s in work, school or really just any aspect of your life. I hope the advice that I give can help you to make changes in your life that will allow you to be more productive and feel happier with the goals you’re working towards.

Inadequacy
Feeling like you're good enough for anything, in whatever part of your life it may be, is tough. I'm pretty sure we've all felt like that at some point in our lives but in this episode I want to chat and share my thoughts with you on it and how I think you could tackle that feeling. You may have noticed from my other podcasts that I have changed it up a little bit and it's a bit more authentic just sitting down and chatting with you instead of a lot of editing which I feel is better and I hope you do as well.
