Host Maurese an active member of the police force talks with Frankie and Kenneth his co-host about the internal structor of the police force being broken. They dive into the importance of having interpersonal skills when in the field and how the lack of it has led to so many encounters that could have went better.
They discuss topics that are controversial to many dealing with shoot to kill, excessive force and enforcing the law from both the police officer side as well as the civilians perspective.
