A White Sport Coat and Some Animation
Paul Anderson is our guest this week on Under 40 Victims of Fate, and he has quite the Buffett resume. Peter Mayer
We are super excited to have Peter Mayer on Under 40 Victims of Fate! Most of you obviously know who Peter is, but if you somehow live under a rock, he's a successful solo artist AND guitarist for The Coral Reefer Band. He also has been a co-writer on some of the Jimmy songs you love best, like "The Night I Painted the Sky", "Barefoot Children", and "Barometer Soup" (among many). We talk with Peter about songwriting, his musical background, and are even lucky enough to hear him play some of our favorite songs. Please keep in mind this recording was done over Zoom during a pandemic, so there are a few internet disruptions here and there. We cleaned it up the best we could! Enjoy, and fins up, everyone!

Knee Deep in Vermont...?
Episode 7 of the Under 40 Victims of Fate Podcast welcomes charter member of Margaritaville University, Jayna Patidar! Jayna discusses the cool things happening with Marg U, how she became a Jimmy fan, receiving some cool gifts from JB, and talks about her Buffett-inspired tattoos. Kneecaps and the state of Vermont are discussed far too much in this episode, but all in good fun, nonetheless. Thank you all for listening!

Brendan Mayer
We are thrilled to have Brendan Mayer on the pod to talk growing up in the Coral Reefer Band, playing with the Coral Reefer Band, his solo music, music with his dad, and a cool, Laurel Canyon-inspired project he's a part of called The Floating Collective. Brendan gives a great backstory on the creation of the Barometer Soup album, and even plays an incredible version of Barefoot Children. He also confirms what we were all pretty sure of - everyone in the Coral Reefer Band are simply awesome people. We had a great time talking with Brendan, and know you'll enjoy it too.

An intro to Under 40 Victims of Fate - A Jimmy Buffett Podcast
Fins up! We are excited to finally share Under 40 Victims of Fate with all of the Parrotheads out there. This is a podcast about all things Jimmy Buffett, from the perspective of "Under 40 Victims of Fate," who were born too late to see the Buffett-mania of the 70s, 80s, and some part of the 90s as well. While we regret that, we are trying to soak up and enjoy as much Buffett content as possible these days. This episode will give a brief background on hosts, Hank and Adam, and how they became Parrotheads, and give a preview of what to expect in episodes to come. Fins up, and so long, 2020!
