What is my purpose? What brings meaning to life? How do we derive our sense of values in life? Can meaning, purpose, and value be found in the more material aspects of life or are these only fulfilled in the more spiritual realm? In today's world it is easy to forget the small and subtle aspects to daily life. With infinite stimuli vying for our attention, we can find ourselves consumed with to do lists and pursuing instantaneous gratification at all times. This way of life can often damage our sense of meaning and purpose. When we live polar lives of working and resting we fail to nourish the love inside of us that yearns for expression, often found in hobbies.
