Episode 2: Vibrating Responsibly
After some technical difficulties and perfectionist moments, the release of episode two is here.
In this weeks episode we talk about what it means to vibrate responsibly. This is one of the first thing I was taught when I began learning about how to walk my spiritual path. Over the years my understanding of what that means has grown and so I share that knowledge with you in this episode.
In this episode we discuss:
* What it means to be responsible for your vibration* The side of High vibrations no one talks about* Are low vibrations really bad or is that a misconception on our part* viewing High and low vibration frequencies as a complementary unit as oppose to an adversarial one.

I would also like to credit the saying Vibrate responsibility to my teacher Grey Medicine Wolf. The first person I heard use that terminology.

Trailer
The story behind in “In a world far far away spiritual nonsense is still spiritual”
When you have a 16yr old son who has comedic timing and jokes you can never get too serious about anything you do. setting up to record the trailer he in his irreverent way strolls through and says ” in a world far far away spiritual nonsense is still spiritual.” He made me laugh and think about the spiritual things we label as nonsense to us may well be spiritual to someone else.
