"A Home Within My Skin" - Weight Loss and Body Dysmorphia
In this weeks episode, I tell you about my experiences with weight loss and body dysmorphia. Body image is so much more than a jean size or what social media portrays it to be and I felt this conversation needed to happen so we can understand the impact of our words and actions on other people.
Your body is always worthy of love, praise and adoration. Remember that.
my hugs,

"Pride" - How did you know you were a lesbian?
In this weeks story, we have the honor of listening to a young woman's lifelong journey of discovery and acceptance of her sexuality. The best way to celebrate Pride is to uplift and listen to the voices that make up the LGBTQ+ community. That being said, may this episode be your reminder that there is no shame in the simple act of being who we are.
Happiest pride month,

Regardless of the material that lines the fabric of our clothes, the shoes that hug our feet, it’s the same cup of caffeine. The same chair. The same sun, the same air. This is a safe space for you to let go of your burdens and share it with others. A place for us to find clarity and community amidst similar struggles. A reminder that we're the same underneath it all.
