Welcome to UNDERWAY, a soccer podcast focused on the people behind the game. I’m your host, Tyler Wise, and each week we sit down with players, journalists and front office leaders from across MLS, NWSL, and USL. Through honest conversations and personal stories, we take a more human approach to the sport. Highlighting the experiences, challenges, and moments that shape the game and resonate with fans beyond the final score.
UNDERWAY has consistent listeners across 6 of the 7 continents; we still haven't figured out how to get penguins in Antarctica to give it a try. As a credentialed member of the press, the host of UNDERWAY, Tyler Wise was proud to cover multiple MLS events, most recently including the highly anticipated MLS Cup 2024 between the LA Galaxy and New York Red Bulls, providing listeners with first-hand access to the league's biggest event. Join us each week for engaging discussions, expert guests, and a deep dive into the stories and moments that make soccer the most exciting sport in the world.
