Undying Light is a show hosted by Alex a Lutheran Preacher in Iowa.
I cover a broad range of topics from discussions on theology, hermeneutics, and to essentially everything to do with the Bible. From cultural issues, and everyday ranting about the state of Evangelicalism in the United States and everywhere else. We work through scripture one verse at a time, and explain the text in a manner that everyone is able to understand.
I am committed to an inerrant, infallible view of the Scriptures. Therefore, I am fervent to bring everything I teach and say to the light of the Biblical worldview. I hope this is a blessing to everyone who listens and that this show might bring you more knowledge and light of who Christ is.

The Decline

[…] Obviously, vulnerability to error and compromise. Without solid knowledge, the believer easily can adopt cultural ideas that contradict Scripture, leading to doctrinal shifts, moral softening, and the very authority erosion that we started with earlier in this series. This fuels scandals, polarization, and weak stands on truth. Now, not to obviously splice the hairs and dig into all of the things that could be controversial, but when we... When we stop standing on the authority of Scripture and we start to push forward on trying to be attractive to the world, we will compromise on every front. […]
