This podcast is resource for understanding our behaviour and choices, learning tools and techniques to transform ourselves and developing deeper acceptance for ourselves and others.
This is a library of stories, teachings and collaborations with other teachers and guides, who are also aligned with empowering people to reclaim their power and authority.
The future state of the world our children will inherit, is the responsibility of each individual today. A great responsibility that we weren't told or taught about. With resources like this, we can be empowered to take responsibility.
Do I want to come on here and talk about my relationship with a victim mentality? No. Is it necessary? Absolutely.
In this jam session, I’m pulling back the hood on how we tell stories—and why we get so stuck in them. We live in a world where drama makes a story juicy, but when we get trapped in the loop of our own victim narrative, there’s no endpoint. We wear the story as an identity, and honestly? It’s wearing our bodies, our energy, and our vitality completely down.
I am not speaking from a pedestal. I am speaking from real-life, vulnerable, messy experience. As a Virgo with the Channel of Judgment in my Human Design, I am serial for complaining, blaming, and spotting what’s broken. But I’ve learned that every time I fire a reactive arrow, I just invite more drama that delays my ability to distil the wisdom from the pain.
Inside this episode, we explore:
The Arrow of Reaction: How making the choice to hold back our immediate emotional reactions stops a victim story before it even takes off.
Telling Stories for Alchemy, Not Revenge: Why the goal of sharing our hard experiences must be to extract the wisdom—not to put a metaphorical noose around someone else's neck.
The Physical Toll of Blame: How complaining and holding onto "who wronged me" literally drains your body of vitality and joy.
The Comfort of the Victim Mentality: Why we unconsciously stay stuck in old patterns out of fear that stepping into our true power will distance us from the people and places we love.
Shifting Shadow to Gift: How moving from complexity to simplicity allows us to stop overcomplicating our growth and actually get on with our purpose.
This isn’t about invalidating real pain—it’s an invitation to expand your awareness and ask: Once the dust settles, what are we going to do about it? How are we going to alchemize this into fuel?
Press play, take a breath, and let’s explore this hard hitting subject together.

33. Cheated On In Life, Love & Business
Welcome to my Do What Works Era;
For years, I’ve tried to force consistency with podcasting, booking guests, matching calendars, and overcomplicating the simple stuff. But the truth is? What comes effortlessly to me is opening up my diary, alchemizing my pain into fuel, and sharing the unfiltered wisdom that comes out of it. So Im making this podcast is my sacred diary space.
In this episode, I’m taking you straight into the deep end. I’m pulling a page right out of my journal on what it really means to be cheated on in life, love, and business, and why all surface-level problems always point back to one place: home to self.
Inside the episode, we dive into:
The Reframing of the "Doormat": Why having an open heart isn't a weakness, even when you've been burned.
Tolerating Betrayal for Security: How my childhood experience of paying my own way at 15 created an internal fear that kept me tolerating bad behavior just to feel safe.
Making a House a Home Inside Yourself: The difference between keeping busy to escape your own thoughts versus actually building a safe, rooted space within your own body.
The Guilt of Receiving: Unpacking the heavy, false narrative that it's "dangerous" or "selfish" to let my partner support us while I build my business.
Dropping the Unnecessary Worry: Realizing how projecting my own fears onto the people who love me actually robs them of the joy of supporting me.
Feeling deeply is my medicine, but digging up these pearls of wisdom isn't always easy. I'm opening up my soul in hopes that sharing my raw experiences helps normalize yours.

32. My journey with having, handling and resolving conflict
In this raw and unedited episode, I’m sharing a deeply personal reflection on conflict, closure, and the true cost of avoidance. It’s easy to scroll past social media advice telling us to "protect our peace" or avoid "low-vibe" people, but are we just using these phrases as a bypass to avoid uncomfortable conversations?
For three years, I silently carried the weight of a severed friendship that ended without face t face, full circle moment. Holding onto that unsaid energy left me in a place of deep self-doubt forcing me to question how I build trust and connection, the very foundation of my work as a coach.
In this episode, I share how I reframed this pain through the lens of the Maori creation story of Ranginui and Papatūānuku, finding peace in the realisation that some connections must be severed to let the light in. This is an honest look at what it means to stay in your integrity, move past "tit-for-tat" thinking, and reclaim your Mana in navigating beginnings, middles and endings in relationships.
