UNEDITED was created as a vessel for self-expression and expansion into my own voice - liberated from the constraints of self-censorship, refinement and editing. Each transmission is an adventure through now-moment streams of consciousness, exploring concepts, questions and topics that feel organic and nourishing. As a purely explorative project, your guess is as good as mine as to what to expect... but I'm delighted to be co-creating this experience together!

#32 Peace > Pretence
No one really knows what they’re doing
Admitting that is such a deeeeep exhale
#32 is a short and sweet foray into embracing the full spectrum of our humanness, recognizing that we're *all* walking with levels and layers of discomfort, asking ourselves "what the f*ck is actually going on" and figuring it out one awkward step at a time
The best part... you get to choose how you experience it; peacefully or battling your way through trying to uphold the pretence that you have it all figured out
If you're into embracing the human experience, sage wisdom and... Gucci Mane, this one's for you

#31 Emerging from a Healing Portal Into Vitality and Mission - Solo
This might be the most intimate episode yet! If you've been navigating the human and entrepreneurial experience alongside chronic illness or acute health crises; this conversation is devoted to you. I get into some tender, intimate and high value topics, including:
The shared experience of “collapse”; when the body says “enough”
When comparison and shame cloud your ability to be objective and compassionate
Micro and macrocosmic healing portals; the rest stop versus the full stop
Learning to have grace with our own cyclicality, acknowledging our needs and making filling your cup a ritual and devotional practice
Lessons in self-love, respect and responsibility—making peace with the pause and recognizing nurturance and self-resourcing as equally productive and prolific
My story; plunging into a healing portal, my "spontaneous healing" experience and emerging into vitality and capacity for my business and mission
A few questions from the community…
What it looks like to cultivate consistency & dismantle distortions around consistency
