I survived what was supposed to kill me. But somewhere along the way, I stopped expecting people to show up for me. And now I'm wondering if that's peace... or if I'm just tired.

This Ain’t Closure… It’s a Revolving Door of “But Wait, One More Question…
You already had the conversation. Then the follow-up conversation. Then the conversation about the conversation. Baby, at this point, we have meeting minutes.
In this solo episode, I’m talking about the difference between actually needing closure and just hoping one more conversation will finally give us the answer we wanted the first time. Sometimes their behavior already answered the question their mouth refuses to answer.
We’re talking relationships, friendships, church hurt, forgiveness, boundaries, bargaining with endings, and why sometimes you’re not even missing them… you’re missing who YOU were.
Maybe healing isn’t finally understanding why they did it. Maybe healing is getting to the point where you don’t need to understand it anymore to move forward.
And yes… I hear the smoke detector. You hear the smoke detector. Mind your business, get this word, and move on with your life. 😂

There is Another Side
This episode doesn’t feel like an interview as much as two women sitting down and realizing just how much life they’ve both survived.
Lindsey Morales shares the story behind the modeling, the confidence and everything people see on social media. She talks about losing her daughter Ariel Grace, becoming a mother again, healing from family wounds, learning boundaries, rebuilding her confidence and finally giving herself permission to pursue the gifts she once talked herself out of.
And somewhere in the middle, we both get real about grief, motherhood, trauma, faith, forgiveness, purpose and what it means to keep living when life has given you every reason to stop.
Because sometimes the hardest part isn’t surviving what happened.
It’s believing there can still be something beautiful after it.
There Is Another Side is about getting there. Not pretending the other side came easy. Not acting like the pain never happened. Just recognizing that grief didn’t get the final word, fear didn’t get the final word, and neither did the people who made you question whether you were enough.
