graduation marked the beginning of a season i never expected—a season of solitude. in this episode, i reflect on what this season has taught me about being alone, the difference between solitude and loneliness, and why i realized that what i once called love was often attachment, familiarity, or the fear of letting go.
i also talk about discovering that love exists in so much more than romance, learning to see myself as the person responsible for creating the life i want, and realizing i have more control over my future than i ever thought. sometimes the quietest seasons give us the space to heal, grow, rediscover ourselves, and become the person we’ve been searching for all along.

are we asking for too much?
why does it hurt so much when people are still alive but the connection feels gone? in this episode, i’m talking about the quiet grief of outgrowing friendships, relationships, and family, the disappointment that comes with unmet expectations, and the question i keep asking myself: are we asking for too much, or are we just craving the same love we give?

accountability vs self blame
what happens when accountability turns into self-blame?
in this episode, i talk about the difference between owning your actions and carrying responsibility for everything that goes wrong. through my own experiences, i’ve learned how easy it is to mistake guilt for growth and self-punishment for accountability.
this conversation is about mistakes, regret, healing, and learning to be compassionate with yourself while still being honest with yourself. if you’ve ever replayed situations in your head, taken on emotional weight that wasn’t entirely yours, or struggled to separate accountability from self-blame, this episode is for you.

it’s everyone’s first time living
In this episode of Unfiltered Thoughts, I turned the mic on with no script and no plan — just real thoughts.
Sometimes we forget that before anything else, we’re human. Everyone is trying to accomplish goals, figure themselves out, and build the life they want, all while learning as they go. The truth is, nobody really has life completely figured out.
We’re all experiencing life for the first time. We’re making mistakes, learning lessons, chasing goals, and trying to find the right people to support us along the way.
This episode is just an honest reminder that being human comes before everything else.

who are you when no one is watching?
In a world where everything is posted, performed, and measured by validation, it’s easy to start living for applause instead of truth. In this episode, we talk about imposter syndrome, the pressure to constantly prove ourselves, and the exhaustion that comes from performing for people. If our worth is built on approval from the world, we’ll always feel like we’re one step away from being exposed. But what happens when we stop trying to prove ourselves to everyone else and start focusing on who we are before God? The real question is simple: who are you when no one is watching?

are u alone or just comfortable?
Loneliness isn’t about being alone — it’s about a lack of connection. This episode explores the difference between loneliness and solitude, and why people often choose comfort over being alone, even when that comfort keeps them stuck. We talk about emotional avoidance, familiarity, and the fear of sitting with yourself when the noise finally stops.

burn the bridges
Sometimes growth means leaving people behind — not because you hate them, but because you’ve outgrown what they can offer. In this episode, I break down why outgrowing relationships is part of evolving, how to deal with the guilt or loneliness that comes with it, and why letting go can actually free you. If you’ve ever felt like your circle isn’t keeping up with you, this episode is for you.
