Welcome to 38th Episode of Unfiltered with Kanika on Audiopitara : This episode is about the role of women in restoring yin and yang balance in a relationship. We all know that every one, irrespective of gender, has masculine and feminine energies in them. To achieve a goal we need both energies. Execution specifically calls for masculine energy as you need to take action, pursue your goals relentlessly. Therefore, when I say men are supposed to lead I mean that in a relationship where you both are working as one unit, it is the man who takes the lead but not without the help of his lady i.e. the feminine energy. By this I don't mean to say women cannot be leaders. They can be but when acting as a unit you need to be your feminine best and he needs to be his masculine best. This will bring about peace as you both are reservoirs of respective energies and feel most peaceful and powerful in them. In this episode too I have made some mistakes. I have mentioned at one place that there are two 'types of fears'; fear and love. Please read 'types of fears' as 'types of emotions'. In the subsequent line I have said that women will not be happy if they step into their masculine energy and out perform a man. By this I mean to say they would always be on the look out for a man who can protect and provide for them and that search will not end if they keep thinking of out performing their partners. They can !! But can competition, unless healthy and fun, bring lasting happiness? Only a healthy balance can. It is therefore important to find a man in whose vision you believe so that your energies can infuse your journey with divine bliss and emotional fulfillment which you both crave.

EP 37: Yin and Yang (Part 03)
Welcome to my 37th Episode on Audiopitara : This episode continues the conversation from the 36th episode where I discussed how men can restore Yin and Yang balance in a relationship. This episode explores why women feel compelled to behave like men and view this as their survival mechanism, even though their true strength lies in embracing their femininity. To some extent men are responsible for this behaviour. Please note that these are my personal views. I deeply respect the Yin and Yang balance and intend no offence to anyone. Hope you enjoy it !!

EP 36: Yin and Yang (Part 02)
Welcome to my 36th Episode on Audiopitara : It's Valentine's week and what better time to explore the role of Yin & Yang in relationships? In this particular episode I have discussed what men can do to restore Yin and Yang balance in their relationships. Since this is a vast topic, it will be covered across two episodes. Third episode will discuss the role of women in achieving this balance. Men and women are essentially very different from one another. But once they learn to balance their energies and operate in harmony, they can achieve the unthinkable. Before attaining this balance in a relationship, they must try to find it within themselves. I hope you will like my views on this. If you find something useful or have a different perspective, do let me know on my insta handle : kanika panndiit. Thank you !!
