Bible Study With Us: EXODUS — Let My People Go | Unfinished but Faithful Podcast
What happens when God tells you to let go, but you keep saying no?
In this episode of Unfinished but Faithful, we’re diving into the story of Moses and Pharaoh in Exodus and exploring one of the most fascinating confrontations in the Bible.
From Pharaoh’s bold question, “Who is the LORD, that I should obey Him?” to the first four plagues, we witness a king who repeatedly resists God’s authority, even as the consequences unfold before his eyes.
But this isn’t just a story about Pharaoh. It’s an opportunity to examine our own hearts.
Are we truly surrendering to God, or are we negotiating with Him? Are we genuinely repentant, or do we simply want the consequences of our choices to disappear? And what happens when we repeatedly resist what God is asking of us?
Grab your Bible and study Exodus with me as we explore pride, obedience, hardening our hearts, and the God who hears His people’s cries.
We’re only getting started. Join me as we continue walking through the story of Moses, Pharaoh, and God’s promise to deliver His people.

I’VE DRIFTED
E:24 — I’VE DRIFTED
Have you ever looked up and realized you’ve slowly drifted away from God?
Not because you stopped loving Him. Not because you decided you didn’t need Him. But because life got busy.
In this episode, I’m getting real about my own season of drifting. Between the kids being home for summer, new schools, work, work troubles, home life, and simply trying to be present in my everyday life, I kept telling myself, “I’ll do it soon.”
Soon I’ll pray. Soon I’ll open my Bible. Soon I’ll record. Soon I’ll slow down.
And then Friday would come… and I still hadn’t done it.
Because the truth is, if we don’t make the time, time will never magically become available.
We live in a world where being busy can feel like an accomplishment. But sometimes our busyness can become so loud that we can no longer hear God’s voice.
In this episode, we’re talking about what it means to slow down, be present, practice gratitude, and remember God not only in our worst seasons—but in our best ones too.
Because the same God who carried you through your hardest days is the God who deserves to be remembered on your best days.
If you’ve been feeling distant, distracted, overwhelmed, or spiritually stuck…
friend, this episode is your reminder:
You can come back.
🤎 Still becoming. 🤎 Still faithful.
“God, please don’t let all the noise in my mind drown out Your voice.”

When you can't see what god is doing
What do you do when you can’t see what God is doing?
In Episode 23 of Unfinished but Faithful, we’re diving into Matthew 14:22–33 and the story of Peter stepping out of the boat and walking toward Jesus in the middle of deep water.
Everyone remembers that Peter sank… but Peter did something eleven other disciples never did.
He got out of the boat.
Maybe you’re in a season of waiting. Maybe you’re carrying unanswered prayers, facing uncertainty, or asking God for clarity. You want the whole plan. A timeline. A guarantee.
But what if God isn’t giving you certainty?
What if He’s simply giving you the next step?
Peter asked for certainty. Jesus gave him a step.
“Come.”
In this episode, we’re talking about fear, control, comfort, trusting God in the deep water, and having enough faith to take the next step—even when you can’t see how the story ends.
Friend, faith isn’t knowing how the story ends.
Faith is trusting the Author while you’re still living it. 🤍
Still becoming. Still faithful.
Thank you for being here and walking this journey of faith with me.
