On Sunday, October 18th, we had our Overflow Missions Conference. Special guest, Ps Dale Hewitt, brought a message about what it means to be an apostolic people. He shared the story of his father, Ps John Hewitt, and his time as a missionary in Papua New Guinea alongside his family. Dale encouraged us that equipping others to do God’s work and build up the church, the body of Christ is an important part of being an apostolic person. Being obedient to the call, passionate about making disciples, excited about new believers being baptised, committed to equipping for kingdom purpose, and always confident of the abiding presence of the Lord is the heart and attitude we should have towards local and global missions.
We pray that this message blesses you, encourages you and ultimately draws you closer to our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Overflowing like a Spring | Ps Nathan Flannery
On Sunday, October 11th, Ps Nathan Flannery shared an inspiring message in preparation for our Overflow Conference, titled “Overflowing Like a Spring.” Preaching from Isaiah 58, Ps Nathan encouraged the congregation with three key points: every follower of Jesus is sent; what has God placed in your hands?; and restored people become restorers. His message challenged and inspired us to recognise God’s calling on our lives, faithfully use what He has entrusted to us, and allow the restoration we have received from Him to overflow into the lives of others.
We pray that this message blesses you, encourages you and ultimately draws you closer to our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Faithfulness & Justice | Ps Charles Crisapulli
On Sunday, October 4th, Ps Charles Crisapulli finished off our Amos sermon series. The book of Amos and the previous few weeks of teaching have been exploring empty living, self-worship, God’s judgement on the surrounding nations and Israel, and the importance of letting the blessings that God gives us flow out of us freely. Charles broke down Amos 9 and how God’s mercy doesn’t cancel His justice and how restoration comes after judgement has accomplished its purpose. God corrects His people but His faithful love and covenant promises mean He will not abandon them. He calls us to live a life of worship, honouring and caring for one another. Allowing love and blessings from God flow through us, not storing up things for ourselves but to live lives that honour and glorify God.
We pray that this message blesses you, encourages you and ultimately draws you closer to our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
