Let Go of Perfect Timing and Embrace Life's potential !
The Time is NOW my loves ! Join me, Erica, on a journey through the Uniquely, Authentically Me podcast, where we explore time – not as a taunting foe, but as an empowering ally. This week, I'm peeling back the layers of this complex concept that so often dictates our actions, or worse, our inactions. I invite you to shift your perspective and see time as a canvas on which we paint our lives' masterpiece, stroke by unpredictable stroke. You'll see that your journey's beauty lies in its unprescribed path. Let's release the notion of 'perfect timing' and embrace the now, understanding that every moment is ripe with potential. By tuning in, you'll learn to harness time as a means of organization, not as a barrier between you and happiness . Prepare to hit the refresh button on your life's narrative, and discover the freedom awaiting you, one tick of the clock at a time.

My Voice Matters !
My journey hasn't been a simple walk in the park; it's been a climb over rocky terrain with the occasional pause to take in the scenery. That's what I'm sharing with you today—my path through motherhood, a demanding career, and the pursuit of higher education, all while bearing the weight of losing my dear sister. The backdrop to this expedition? A soundtrack of 90s music, offering comfort and a means to navigate my emotional waters. Listen closely as I reveal how transforming my outlook from one of victimhood to gratitude has not only changed my life but could also be the key to unlocking your own journey of healing.
Exploring the shadows of childhood trauma, we'll traverse the landscape of self-expression and the quest for acceptance that so many of us know all too well. From the silent screams of teenage angst to the liberating revelations of our truest emotions, I lay bare the steps I've taken and the lessons learned. Feeling invisible or pressured to fit into society's mold, can warp the very essence of who we are. But here, in this sharing space, we affirm the power of voicing our authentic selves. So, tune in and let's walk this path together, finding solace in solidarity and strength in our shared experiences.
My voice matter, Your voice matters! Believe that you are worthy of being heard.
