Episode 03: Joe Winterscheidt
Joe and I have a long history, going back to my freshman year in High School, 1996. As the Decatur High wrestling coach and Chemistry/Physics teacher, I trained with Joe and studied under him my Senior year. We later met up when this whole CrossFit thing blew up and continued our friendship and training and coaching, this time our roles were reversed though! In this episode, we discuss what those early days of training were like for Joe and how his training has changed now that he's set his sights on the CrossFit Games Masters Division. He has some great insight on goal setting and mindset as well. **** This Podcast wouldn't be possible without the support and encouragement of all of the great people of Move Functional Fitness. I particularly appreciate the support and expertise of babz jewell and her interview guidance.
