Many are now pursuing side hustles or even leaving the industry due to challenges from the pandemic, industry strikes, and the quick rise of AI technologies. Tena is genuinely worried about how these changes affect the livelihoods of committed professionals.
She also reflects on her collaboration with Scott Wheeler for the film "Reagan" and remains open to exploring how AI can not only transform but also improve her industry, recognizing its pivotal role in shaping the future.
