"I would just say when it comes to generative AI, don't panic.
"Calm folks down around the anxiety that comes up," says Shannon.
He adds:
"Figure out the education piece of this. What do we need to learn? What do we need to not learn or focus on instead?
"And then - more than anything else - just get started."

"AI is going to change thousands of jobs. This year, it's a huge part of what we're talking about for customers."
Critical mass for embracing AI may have been reached this year for many businesses, but how do you get started to a) address your employees' perspectives as a leader and b) be competitive in your market?
"Having a foundation in place before you get started is pretty important," says Abbajay.
"To try and just pull in the bells and whistles without having your data foundation there, it's probably not going to give you the results that you want. That's number one.
"Then, educating your employee and HR base is critical, to make sure people aren't anxious."
