UNLEASHED with Heather Cram
Life, business, intuition, figuring yourself out — and all the weird shit that happens in between.
UNLEASHED is a place for real conversations about life, the stuff we’re figuring out, the things that don’t make sense yet, and those moments when something suddenly clicks and you think, well… that explains a lot.
I’m Heather Cram — Mind Body Specialist, intuitive, business owner, chronic overthinker and someone who asks a lot of questions and doesn’t pretend to have all the answers.
We’ll talk life, business, intuition, healing, identity, personal growth and whatever else comes up along the way. There’ll be Q&As, conversations, probably a few rabbit holes, and the occasional What Grinds My Gears when there’s something I just need to get off my chest.
I’m not here pretending I have life completely sorted, and I’m definitely not here to tell you how to live yours.
Just honest conversations, curiosity and hopefully a few moments that make you see yourself — or something in your life — a little differently.
Welcome to UNLEASHED.
Are you the strong one? The reliable one? The person everyone turns to when life gets difficult? But who's looking after you? In this episode of UNLEASHED, I'm exploring the pressure we put on ourselves to keep going, hold everything together and be there for everyone else — even when we're struggling ourselves. From navigating life's unexpected challenges to dealing with loss, illness, overwhelm and the everyday demands of life, we explore why asking for support isn't a sign of weakness. We'll talk about the importance of feeling heard, why not everything needs to be fixed, and how to recognise when it's time to allow someone else to support you for a change. Because being strong doesn't mean doing everything alone. And you don't have to reach breaking point before you're allowed to ask for help.

Episode 4: There's More to You Than Your Symptoms
Have you ever wondered whether there's more to how you're feeling than just the physical symptoms you're experiencing? In this episode of UNLEASHED, I'm exploring the connection between our physical health, stress and emotional wellbeing, and why looking at the whole person can offer a broader perspective on how we feel. From tension and fatigue to disrupted sleep and the demands of everyday life, we explore the importance of paying attention to what our bodies are experiencing rather than simply pushing through. You'll be encouraged to slow down, check in with yourself and consider what support might look like for you. Because you're more than a collection of symptoms — and your wellbeing deserves to be looked at as a whole. **Learn more about amali:** https://amali.mykajabi.com

Episode 3: What If You Don’t Need to Have It All Figured Out?
What if you’re not actually supposed to know exactly where you’re going? In this episode of Unleashed, I’m talking about that uncomfortable space between knowing something needs to change and having absolutely no idea what comes next. We put so much pressure on ourselves to have the plan, know the answer and be certain we’re making the “right” decision before we move. But maybe clarity doesn’t always come first. Maybe sometimes you make a move, follow what feels interesting, change your mind, try something else — and the path becomes clearer because you’re moving. This is a conversation about uncertainty, trusting yourself, changing direction and giving yourself permission to figure things out as you go. Because maybe you don’t need the whole map. You just need the next step.

Episode 2: Why Do We Make Everything So Complicated?
Why do we make things so much harder than they need to be? In this episode of Unleashed, I’m talking about our tendency to overthink, overcomplicate and convince ourselves that we need to have everything figured out before we can move forward. I know this one well — because I do it too. Sometimes we’re searching for the perfect answer, the perfect plan or the perfect next step, when maybe the answer is actually much simpler than we think. This is a conversation about noticing when we’re getting caught in our own heads, trusting ourselves a little more, and asking: does this really need to be this complicated? Because sometimes the next step is simply the next step.

Episode 1: Well... Apparently I have a Podcast
Well… apparently I have a podcast. And honestly, I didn’t wake up today planning for that to happen. In this very first episode of UNLEASHED with Heather Cram, I’m talking about why I finally stopped overthinking the idea of starting a podcast and just hit record. UNLEASHED isn’t going to fit neatly into one little box. We’ll talk about life, things I’m curious about, things I’m questioning, things I’m learning, things I notice, and sometimes something I just need to get off my chest. I don’t have everything figured out — and I’m not here pretending that I do. I’m curious. I ask a lot of questions. I change my mind. I follow rabbit holes. And sometimes one conversation or one random thought can completely change the way I see something. I want this podcast to feel like you’ve sat down with me for a coffee and we’ve ended up having one of those conversations that goes somewhere neither of us expected. There doesn’t need to be a neat little box around it. That’s kind of the whole point of UNLEASHED. Just honest conversations, curiosity, and hopefully a few moments that make you see yourself — or something in your life — a little differently. I have absolutely no idea where this is going to go. And I think that might be the whole point. Welcome to UNLEASHED.
