#10 The storms that shape us
In this episode, I speak about some personal experiences throughout my life to prove the theory that "everything does happen for a reason" and that as shitty as a situation or time can be, there will always be a positive through the darkness. Every person, experience, or moment is an opportunity for growth. Good & bad. I want you to know that no matter how shit you may be feeling, it does get better and you WILL come out a stronger version of yourself.

#8 A job that was too good to be true
In this episode I share my experience of a "too good to be true job" that popped up on my trip to QLD. In no way was this the worst job. But I think what should be recognised is that the job was not advertised correctly and empty promises we're made. Travellers should be aware of scenarios like this one and I am more than happy to talk about it!

#7 The travel comedown is real...
Travel isn't all highs- sometimes homesickness hits, and the post-trip crash is definitely a real thing. It can hit hard. This episode dives into ways to deal with your off days even when you are in some of the most beautiful places, and why it's completely okay to feel the way you do. Also, that heavy feeling when you get home. That's normal, the question of "what now?" can seem really empty. But know that it's only the beginning and how exciting it will be to start planning the next t...

#6 Victoria, it's not you... It's the weather!
I moved from Victoria to Queensland with no plan, no house, no job- just my car, a swag, the coastline, and a "she'll be right" attitude. Somehow, everything fell into place exactly how it was meant to. This episode is your reminder that the biggest growth often comes from the scariest leaps. If you're waiting for the "perfect moment" to make a change... this is your sign.

#5 Prep the trip & embrace the detours

In this episode I breakdown a simple guide to planning your first trip just enough so that you feel prepared... and with freedom to let life surprise you. Theres definitely no rule book and you'll find that the best things come from the unexpected and the unplanned. And to finish off, I speak out against choosing to start vaping while travelling. The addiction really isn't worth the hassle when you get home.

#2 The social life of a "solo" traveler
In this episode, I dive into the myth of solo travel being truly "solo." While the idea of venturing off alone can seem intimidating, the reality is once you put yourself out there, you'll quickly discover how easy it is to meet people and how others are often just as nervous to make connections as you are. Listen in to hear how stepping out of your comfort zone is the key to making solo travel not only about exploration but about building unforgettable relationships along the way. Bangkok Ho...

#1 The why of unpacked Journeys
In this very first episode, I open up about why I decided to start a podcast and what inspired me to take the leap into solo travel. I talk about the uncertainty that comes with being in your 20's- that feeling of being "behind" while everyone seems to have it figured out, and why that's okay. This space is about honesty, growth, and connection. I'm here to share my stories, lessons and a few laughs along the way, and hopefully build a community where we can all feel a little less alone on th...
