Unpacking Potato is where I, a self-proclaimed potato, unpack and explore different topics ranging from relationships, love, self-confidence, and more while sharing the stories of amazing women. My intention for these episodes is for it to become a jumping off point for further self-reflection, exploration, and understanding for you. Everyone’s lives and specific relationships are going to look different and have unique needs, my intention is for us to examine our lives in a more compassionate and kind lens - because we all deserve that!!

Hiiii tater tots! I basically thought I’d never make another episode again but here we are. I think the more I think about it the more I realize that podcasting is one of my favourite ways to create. In this episode I talk a little about my hiatus and why that was, what’s been going on in my life and what I plan to do moving forward. I did talk about feeling the desire to “rebrand” and deciding against it, but as I edited this episode that thought kept creeping back in - so maybe I will consider it again? I have just been feeling this intense desire to amalgamate all my creative outlets into one - which I go into further in this episode. But for now I just wanted to give you a good, classic, peek in my brain. I’ve really missed this medium of content creation and am happy to be back. I do need to figure out a better way to do this though because the one thing about podcasting that really bothers me is the fact that I don’t get to connect as easily with listeners!
I hope you’re all doing well, and if you’re not and life has been life-ing a lot lately, just remember that this is just a season and it will pass.
Sending love.

Dating and Finding Love
Hi tater tots!
Guess who's back, back again.
I'm baaaack with some more quick life updates but mostly with some thoughts on dating and finding love. I saw a YouTube video that got me thinking and inspired to share my thoughts again and I was like yessss finally the podcast bug is backkkk so here we are.
This episode is for anyone who feels like they're behind in their love life and/or maybe feels helpless when it comes to dating and their desire to find a partner.
You guessed it, I have a ton of thoughts about it (but only about 20 minutes worth, don't worry I haven't changed that much). I just wanted to share my own experiences and also give a little bit of advice to anyone who might be feeling that way.
The main point is that you gotta just go for it. Don't let fear stop you from getting into relationships, but also don't let fear get in your way of getting out of them either. You gotta do whatever is best for you!
As always, sending you lots of love, and hoping this episode just brings you a moment to reflect and feel less alone <3

Birthday Episode: Traditions, Reflections, and Hard Realities
Hi Tater tots!
It was my birthday and what better way to spend it than to talk into my mic for 20 minutes and empty my brain a bit?
I am coming to realize that I am a very reflective person and I spend a lot of my time thinking about my thoughts, behaviours, and life in general. I am grateful to have this space to talk about things on my mind when I feel ready!
This birthday has been like others in this self-reflective sense, but it's been also very different in my approach. I hope you enjoy this episode! I talk about my favourite birthday tradition, how important gratitude is in my life, and how the recent world's events have been heavy on my heart and how I have been dealing with that.
It is so important to do this type of self reflection work, and if you are here reading this/about to listen to the episode there is a good chance you feel similarly. If that is you, I want to remind you as always: be kind to yourself and gentle with your heart. Show yourself the compassion you show others and don't forget to spend some time to decompress and clear your mind once in a while too ♡
