To do so, we covered the history, the benefits, the brain impact and personal experiences, that derive from producing art. It has been encouraged by several scientists over many years, and we chose to shed some light on it to help others alleviate stress in a way that is not very well known.

Unraveling: Black History Month
In this week's episode, we jointly explore the historic and legendary achievements of six Black individuals who have profoundly impacted America. While we've highlighted only a few, it's crucial to recognize the countless Black figures who have played a pivotal role in shaping America's trajectory. Throughout the year, and particularly during this month, it is our responsibility to engage in continuous learning about and supporting Black lives. This month calls for education, support, and strength, and we can truly honor it by placing the spotlight on the contributions of Black Americans.
